Meet the Coaching Team
Lisa Qualls
As an adoptive mom, TBRI Practitioner, Christian spiritual director, and Certified Enneagram Coach, Lisa offers coaching deeply rooted in her faith in Christ. While she enjoys providing parenting guidance, her primary interest is in supporting you, the parent. Adoptive parenting often requires more than we ever imagined. Lisa is here to support you as you walk through the joys and challenges of this unique parenting experience. Lisa is also a birth mom and former foster youth.
Melissa Corkum
As a Safe and Sound Protocol Practitioner, TED Speaker,  Cultivate Connection Facilitator, Certified Enneagram Coach, Melissa specializes in helping parents find brain-based solutions to challenging behaviors so you can laugh more and yell less. She also has a passion for helping adoptees process their stories through the lens of the Enneagram. She is an adoptee and adoptive mom.
Greg Lombard Rea
Greg Lombard Rea M.Div, is an adoptive and bio dad as well as a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner and Enneagram Coach. After over 40 years as a church pastor and preacher, Greg changed careers to support and provide resources for adoptive and foster parents in Kansas and around the world. Since 2019, he has provided compassion, connection and resources for over a thousand adoptive and foster parents through training, coaching, and support groups. Greg has also walked the journey of blocked care and found hope and healing on the other side.  
Nakole Wooley, MSW
Nakole empowers families to cultivate strong connections without feeling a sense of shame and failure. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on attachment styles, trauma recovery, parenting with meaningful connection. Additionally, her and her husband are Cultivate Connection Facilitators. She has lived experience that allows her to walk alongside families, supporting them during challenging transitions. She is a kinship-foster parent and adoptive parent, with a heart for families who feel isolated or overwhelmed. Nakole believes there is hope for every family.
Jennifer Hiltebeitel
Jennifer is an adoptee and parent through birth and adoption as well as a Certified Enneagram Coach. She enjoys helping you grow in compassion for yourself and others resulting in healthier patterns and relationships.  
Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to be an adoptive or foster family to join?
While the majority of our families are adoptive or foster families, all families are welcome. You do have to be a parent.

Does my spouse or co-parent need to join too?
The price is per household. We encourage both parents to participate! There are is a mom-only channel and a dad-only channel inside the program.

Do you ever meet on Zoom?
There are optional Zoom gatherings throughout the month.

Why do I have to commit for at least three (3) months?
Unfortunately, there are no quick fixes for blocked care or big behaviors. We are confident that transformation is possible for your family, but it does take time.
